Revisions to the EU Plastics Regulation

The Quality Control Amendment (Regulation (EU) 2025/351) was adopted on 21 February 2025 by the European Commission. It brings significant changes to Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended as food contact materials (The Plastics Regulation). Mayer Brown partner Pavlina Chopova-Leprêtre and scientific & regulatory advisor Hadjira Mezaïti will participate in a webinar hosted by EuPC, the European Plastics Converters trade association,, focusing on the new quality and purity requirements for substances used in the manufacturing of food contact materials and articles.
